Terms and Conditions – TinyCurrency (for Squarespace)

By installing or using the TinyCurrency app (“we,” “us,” “the app”), you agree to the following Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Overview

TinyCurrency is a currency switcher for Squarespace websites. It allows your store visitors to view product prices in multiple currencies. Final payments are processed in your base store currency.

We are not affiliated with Squarespace or Stripe.

2. Use of Stripe for Payments

All payments for TinyCurrency are processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

We do not store or process your payment information.

3. Exchange Rate Source Disclaimer

Currency data is retrieved from IderaCorp’s API. We do not control their services and:

• Do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or timeliness of exchange rates.
• Are not liable for any pricing errors or losses based on displayed exchange values.
• Recommend verifying any critical pricing before customer checkout.

4. No Warranty (Use At Your Own Risk)

TinyCurrency is provided "as is" and "as available."

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We make no warranty regarding results, accuracy, or performance.
• You assume all risk from using the app.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• We are not responsible for lost sales, incorrect pricing, or business interruption.
• Total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the total amount paid in the past 3 months.

6. Suspension of Services and Refunds

We may suspend or terminate access:

• If you breach these terms.
• If your payment fails or subscription is canceled.
• For abuse, illegal use, or any threat to system integrity.

Refunds are not guaranteed. They may be issued at our sole discretion.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use TinyCurrency to:

• Violate laws or regulations.
• Mislead customers about product pricing.
• Modify or tamper with the service code.
• Use fake or fraudulent payment methods.
• Attempt to overload or reverse-engineer our infrastructure.

We may report abuse or illegal behavior to relevant authorities.

8. Customer Data Use for Success Stories

We may use anonymized store names, screenshots, or performance stats (without personal data) in marketing success stories. You can opt out by contacting support.

9. Privacy Policy

TinyCurrency does not collect visitor data. However:

• We use IderaCorp's API for exchange rates. Their Privacy Policy applies.
• Stripe’s privacy terms also apply if you make payments.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and branding of TinyCurrency are owned by us. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute any part of the app.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access at any time, without notice, for any reason including:

• Terms violation
• Legal issues
• System abuse

12. Modifications

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use after updates means you accept the changes.
